If I were to, say, start campaigning to be a mod, would I be immediately out of the running?

Sorry for the double bump post, but according to Kimonio, he's grounded until his grades get back up. Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays only. So, should we hire a temp level mod until then?

I know this isn't a permenent placement, but I'll be up for the job of taking Kim's place until he's able to do his job again.
