Oh, right. Completely forgot about that. To be honest though, that level didn't have very good gameplay elements as KABOOM mentioned which is why I take his score into more consideration, but meh.

MessengerOfDreams wrote:Harmless the level had to do with water the fact that 75% of the level was in water. Like all of the gameplay except for one room in the second level and the final boss had at least something to do with water.

I mean it's only an extra .125 to my score but it totally had to do with water ehehe

Oh, about that. Nwolf had the same thing in mind, but I'm more concerned about water's relevance in the story as you could've literally been on pluto instead of in a ship and the story would've been the same. Water was present, but it had little to no relevancy in the story.

Darkwater Haven totally should have won that 25quared LDC.

And yeah, I get that, but for that matter neither did Triple J's. It had more to do with ice, tox-boxes, and Koopas. Either way, like I said, it's like .125 points overall and I can live with not reaching 16 points. I just disagree a little bit. No worries. :P

I recall TJ's story involving water, like it was the focus of the plot that they needed to freeze it or something but k. :P

Congrats Yuri! You now are part of the group of people who won more than 1 LDC :P That's pretty awesome

A group I have yet to enter myself :3

Oh, geez. It looks like I'm going to have to get much, much worse at video games to notice I am not making these things playable for others. AM I REALLY THAT GOOD AT PLATFORMING? :O

...Well, man... I couldn't ever have imagined that it would frustrate you so much. (I only guessed mine was what you got pissed off by because of my negativity.) This will definitely be tricky solve, as there is so freaking much I have to fix. In fact, it doesn't feel like it's worth the trouble...

I am so sorry you got frustrated by it, but I personally loved replaying it, so that hurts me a lot to a personal level... Just don't take it personally, I guess...

EDIT: For the record, I was lazy with the Tox-Boxes, so I just filled them in...

Really, I'm looking at my judgings so far and seeing "well, if I'd patched up this thing here and this thing there this level would have more points." And on one hand, while that disappoints me that I was a few design choices away from having a fantastic level, on the other hand, I'm a few design choices away from having a fantastic level.

I regret ever considering prioritize on the look of the level, harder platforming could be more fun than a dull puzzle.

Massive screwup this time.I'll try to make up for that.

Actually, the level wasn't that horrible in terms of being a dull puzzle, you just needed a lot of clarity on where to go. And a few minor bug fixes, that is.

To be honest, I'm not half bad at platforming/platformers myself (most of the time). I think the main problems lies in small details like if the moving platform moves too far out or if the rotating platforms move too fast. Maybe less extremes would make the level you made more playable.

Ironically Peter, I liked this level more than your others. :3
Also- is everything safe to hand out the medals? If so, I'll do them tonight.
