Good afternoon/evening, Runouwians, newcomers, veterans, people. Welcome to the grand opening of the 28th LDC for the much-loved fan game, Super Mario 63! *fires the confetti cannons* *no comedic gold*

Anyways, let us (or me) get down to the nitty gritty of this occasion: the theme. What is our theme this time, you may ask? The theme... is...
Don't click this if you really want to lose: show
Urban
Do you get why I used those symbols? :p
Be it a city, a town, a metropolis, or a civilization, you make it.

We've got the theme, but now I'll cover the truly important aspects...

    Rules
  1. A level series in this contest cannot exceed a total of 3 levels. We won't allow a 4th level of the same build.
  2. No profanity! Do NOT swear or make insults in your levels. They should be appropriate for players of all ages (children can view your levels).
  3. Your level(s) cannot already have been made before this LDC started. Make a new level for this.
  4. Collaborations are allowed, but please limit your teams to 2 members. 3-man teams are prohibited in this contest.
  5. Of course, your level must fit the given theme.

    How We'll Judge

    10 points: Fun
Was the level enjoyable? Did everything come together to keep the player hooked? Were there parts that dragged on, or was it too frustrating? Or was it the funnest level you've ever played?

    5 points: Graphics
How good did the level look? Did it look so nice that the player didn't want to leave? Was it yucky? Too bland? Or was it simply stunning, or brilliant?

    5 points: Other
You start out with 3 points in this section. Points are deducted or added when the judge finds something to take note of. This may occur if the level provides something totally out of the ordinary. Things that hurt the fun factor can also be brought up here, such as lag or a dragging loading time, or if a portion of the level was exceedingly frustrating. Graphically, things that were awful-looking may have mention here too. More importantly, if parts of your level don't fit the theme very well, you could suffer a big loss of points in this section.

That is 20 points total you could possibly earn!

Thanks to MP3 Amplifier's helpful suggestion, we finally have the true deadline decided! What's a better time to finish than at the very end of the year? : D

Why five judges?

Are we going by Shroom's system? I'm confused

I just found five to be more "even" than four.

If it's a problem, I can change it to four judges.

Not at all, I just knew 5-6 judges was a big talking point

I actually think an odd number of judges prevents ties easier

Phew. I didn't even thought it was coming :P

Anyway, I think I'll enter this time. I don't care if I just win a ribbon, but I'll do anything to make my level fun. Also, it's a good opportunity to see what's right or what's wrong with my levels.

So, good luck to everyone! :D

I have two urban levels under my belt already.

I dunno if I should bother with this. What do you think?

- *nods sarcastically* *is shot* _ 웃 <(Hey, all!)

I bet BY will spit out a 3D platforming level at the last second and wreck us all

I promise nothing, but I'll try to wipe off some dust off my neurons and get to work on something.

I'll enter this with something. I also won't be holding back this time. :)
