A: A fair bit more than a few hours is required to do a proper job, especially when the extremely long and/or slow (to load) levels take their toll.
Yours in particular gives my computer a hard time, and considering the amount of reloading necessary...
B: People have lives outside these forums, and have other things to address that ultimately have a higher priority.
C: Since such a jab was likely directed at me, I tend to be the slow & steady type. I wasn't aware this was a race, and I made it very clear that I'm not the type to rush things. At any rate, it has been a bit over two weeks since I started, so it hasn't been anywhere near a month in my case.

The fact of the matter is that this contest ended June 20th, and it is now July 24th, and still we're trying to figure out exactly who's a judge. I'm assuming we had a switch of judges somewhere in between now and then, or some of them couldn't do the job, or whatever. I understand you have other things to do besides rate levels, but if you aren't willing to spend the time you committed when applying for judge, then don't apply for judge. If things some up, try and make time. It may not be your highest priority, but put things aside that are minor, like other things you would do on the computer, for example.
And while it may not be a race, it doesn't make it anymore excusable to slack off, if that's what you want to call it.

Also, this wasn't aimed directly at you, Volcove, just so you're aware.

Now, I need to get started on my levels.

It is indeed correct that a number of judges withdrew in the middle of the process, and others were forced to intervene at a later date. I offered to be a judge at a later time because no one else but Kim did. If you'd rather find someone to blame, make sure the original judges don't back out in the first place, which is the true source of these delays. Like I said, I started at a much later date.

If I didn't put things aside that were minor, then I wouldn't be done with everything aside from your entry.

Eh, that's what happens when people promise to do something and then all of a sudden we're the ones doing it. Although, I'm not about to sit here and play the blame-game; I'd rather just focus on getting done what obviously should've been done a while ago.

Arguing. It sucks.

Well, fourinone left me in charge of the 8th LDC now that's he's gonna be gone touring Colleges, so aside from the fact that we only have 1 1/2 mods, We also really need to speed this along.
