I actually agree with w_m. We globa-fied (new word, no doubt) the Runouw's Birthday topic and the New Year's topic, so for consistency's sake this really ought to be globa-fied to. Moving this to News would also be fine but there are admittedly a lot of stickies in Site Discussion…and yes, it would be nice to move the countdown to the first post if a mod felt so inclined…

'cause people hard to see, they need to go to second psot than scroll to very end.
But maybe it is too soon? Move it when still 1 month, than looks everyone will know.
