Why don't we give him until all the judges are done? If all the judges finish and his level isn't submitted, he's out of luck. That way if the judges take a while he can have more time, but if they finish quickly we're not waiting till the 15th solely for him. Isn't that what we did for Blab for the 8th LDC? (Though of course it didn't turn out to be a problem because the 8th LDC took so freaking long to judge.)
