Let's start off with reasons I want to leave:


People dissing the mods
People ganging up on one mod in particular
Speaking to the one we told you not to see
Flaming noobs are coming by the dozen
Mods being more lax about a few rules






.........Really guys. What. The. Hell. This site is meant to be fun. The new forums are meant to be fun. The chat is meant to be fun.

And yet what the hell do most of you do? B*tch and whine when a friend gets banned for rule-breaking, b*tch and whine when MOD is doing his job, and (directed to the noobs who won't spell right) b*tch and whine all because we ask you to follow the rules and type right.

Let us drift to the day I wasn'there.....what happened? Ah yes, three members were banned for joining a cult started by (supposedly) Link that was meant to overthrow the mods......right? Well, what was it that Suyo said months ago?

I can uunderstand why MOD chatted with him He justed wanted to be friends again. But people like NG and Zed, who chatted and were brainwashed to hate MOD? WTF.

Do I need to go on? Yes.

MOD had told Kirby that if he wasn't going to be active long that he could give up his status to another member. What did Kirby do? Get PO'ed. What the f**king hell. It was a suggestion, and yet you threw a fit all because MOD suggested you demote yourself? Honestly, if this is how you guys think a mod should act, you are wrong. Mods don't get mad if they have to be demoted due to activity. They agree and move on.

But from what I've seen, most of the fights were started because MOD was promoted to mod status. If you think that he doesn't act like one and Kirby did when he got mad, go slam your head into a concrete wall.

All this sh*t I've seen that's been going on while I'm gone is about to make me leave. You guys wouldn't like that, would you?

Then if you don't, do some things for me. Stop trying to overthrow MOD. Don't talk to Link if he starts asking about MOD. Follow ALL the rules. Then I'll start staying.



MOD EDIT:

I'm at the end of my rope. This site is about to go into Martial Law mode if this keeps up. Shade is suggesting a Zero Tolerance enactment that will force you to shape up, and I'm about damn well ready. I'm still considering leaving the internet altogether, with the "following" I have.

But just in case you aren't aware, MOY and Kirby made up. So yeah. In that regard, things are good. Everything else you say is brilliant…perhaps this could be merged with tnt's similar topic?

To be honest... I really don't know how to split topics.

But words cannot describe how grateful I am to you. You see, as we speak, Zed started it up on his forum. He died down, but W_m will not. He is still trying to demote me, even to Zed's dismay.

So, it's good to see that someone cares.

Why not ban the ones trying to demote you and set up a rule saying to not gang up and try to demote a mod?



Like the activity thing. I swear that Destroyer wants me demoted so he or some other portal spammer can have my spot. He said that since I don't come on much, I should be demoted.....or something along those lines.

TBH, Shade, I was starting to think the same... temporarily of course, but still.

Even though it's sad some of the regulars were banned, don't gang up on anybody that banned, or what effing ever. If he did it for a good reason, or they really deserved it, why the hate? You mineaswell get banned just for hating the bans of others. And I am so upset of so many people get banned, why we'll get them banned, acatally not just their fault...We also need to set up our rules and teach their more often......I think the welcome forums will help them, maybe all new members need to post one post in welcome forums.....

Yes, I also see fights happening here, especially with Zed who had a problem months ago.

Okay, I could give less of a crap about the whole banning ordeal. Really, I don't care, and I've already told MoY that's I'm not gonna be a part of any of that anymore. But, if you guys look at the bottom of the Rules topic, all of you will read:

This is what bugged me the most. Okay, as much as I think that grammar is nice, what is wrong with you all? Why do you force people to type correctly in grammar? I mean, I would understand if they are so completely off that it's just illegible, but half of the times, you can use your Common Sense (Another of those darn rules,) and figure out what they mean. I mean, it truly makes me both angry and sad when I see someone forcing another person to type like a freaking saint. I mean, this isn't with everyone, but it's to the people who ARE doing this. The Rules just don't apply with newbies. They apply with everyone. Perhaps you, (yes you, who are reading this right now,) should stop reading this topic, and go check on the Rules again, just to refresh your memory. I mean, you probably haven't read it in a while, and you might have forgot some details that were there?
