You need 3 levels or more to make a series, I can`t lock this but I can tell a moderator.
EDIT: You copied the name of a series I made a year ago. But I don`t care since it wasn`t a good series.

Don't make a topic saying you're going to make a series. Actually make part of it and then post whatever you have finished in there. And you're supposed to post it in the Level Series section or the Level Portal. Please read the rules again.
