I was preparing a reply to show all the flaws in a level set in Iceland, Scotland and France. But then I opened the Level Designer and noticed that could work pretty well actually. I might think about it. But so far I'm afraid a level from Iceland or Scotland will look a lot like Arctic Ruins without the snow. And if I don't add structures, the level might end bland and I will nothing to make multiple layers of platforming like all the other levels have.
Now, on the other hand, after 15 minutes in the Level Designer, I'm starting to think France could be a decent idea. But I'm afraid adding challenges and obstacles might be difficult in a level like this and it will end up looking the same for the two acts. I'm afraid it will look too much like a clone of Flooded Past (but without the water factor which makes Flooded Past interesting), which is set in Atlantis which will be greatly influenced by ancient European architecture; or just boring, redundant and dull, even more after I will have posted Candy Coaster (which gathers a lot of varied challenges to fix the fun factor that was missing in Arctic Ruins).
Buuuuuuuuut I guess I can think about it.
