That's the only one, I could have been talking about. I knew it's name, though. Mainly been pointing out that there's a snow themed level already. Didn't notice that I seemed to struggle for an answer. : 3

Keep in mind Antarctica is more desert and dryness than it is tundra-like. If anything you might make it barren even. But that might not be too interesting. :P

Well, if that helps you with coming up with something, there is this level idea I didn't keep for a level taking place in Greenland/Antarctica/somewhere very called. It took place inside an abandoned ship stuck in ice. Kind of Snow/Factory theme, and I know you are good at factories. But I didn't keep the idea because of background issues, but it's still an idea I liked. It's influenced by Sonic Rush's Huge Crisis Zone, to give you an idea of what I had in mind. Hm. I see. I'll try to avoid disappointing you. Gonna use these next two days for testing and inspiration purposes and will give it a shot afterwards. : P

It was just a suggestion, it doesn't have to be this, I just thought it could be a nice way to avoid making another snow level that looks too much like Arctic Ruins :3

StarEDIT: Just an update on Candy Coaster: It's going great. I'm soon done with the third transition, will most likely be done with the level somewhere between this week-end and next Wednesday. I personally love the level so far. Probably one of my favorite levels I've ever done, if not THE favorite.

It's here, it's fresh, it's Candy Coaster ACT 1!

Play it here!

AGH FEELS GOOD TO COMPLETE A LEVEL IN A WEEK. Last time that happened was when I made Neon City. You have no idea how achieved I feel right now. Okay, so what is Candy Coaster? It's just me taking advantage of the 'Amusement Park' theme to use a couple of level concepts that didn't make it in the series because they were too unrealistic. You might notice the lack of candies is almost disturbing, when the level is called Candy Coaster. But the candies looked AWFUL. I guess I should have kept Creak Cake Coaster as the name. Oh well, Candy Coaster sounds cooler, and I'm too lazy to change everything.

And as promised, here is that next level I told you about last time...

That's right, GHOST DEPTHS! It was sitting right there, in my sig, all this time! I guess the name is pretty self-explanatory: It takes place deep underground, in a Chilean mine that is apparently haunted (spoiler: it is). Why Chile you ask? To please Nan! Because I needed somewhere with Mountains around the mine, and Chile was the first thing that popped into my head, mostly because of that... 2010? incident. You know, when Chileans miners were stuck in a mine for days. Whatever.

Finally I now announce that VILLE LUMIÈRE (yep, definite name since people seems to use that more) official. It will be placed before FLOODED PAST in the series for reasons. That technically means it's next, unless Harmless is willing to work on it.

Finally2, I also want to say that the next level I'm going to work on is no other than... NEON CITY - ACT 2. Yep. Time to do these Act 2 things. But to be honest, I'm thinking about getting rid of the original Neon City (because lag, and how different it is of the actual levels) and replace it with another ACT 1 that lags less and plays better. I know it will make Mega happy.

Everything means MASS update on first post, and on map. (8 to go!)

That was a long post. Comments on series go here, comments on Candy Coaster go in the respective topic! please

I'm becoming more and more intrigued. I assume you are going to keep adding locations as the series goes on. If there's anything that's going to bring me back into the LD ring, it'll be cultural/geographic levels. That are fast paced to boot. I can imagine these levels already.

I'm glad you are considering re-doing Neon City, but just as long as you don't work yourself too hard. Anyways, I'm intrigued to see this Candy Coaster level. I'll play it in a bit when I've done some assignment work. (:

Also, like Nin said, cultural/geographical levels have always been my absolute favourite, which is why I did that awful 13th LDC level when I first joined (it was awful okay, but my heart was in the right place) and then entered the 17th LDC with a full world map. And another funny thing is, even though this series lacks Europe levels, I'm already planning on making a 'graphical masterpiece' based series on different locations in Europe anyway, so yeah. (in other words, I'll be doing what I love the most- giving no ♥♥♥♥ about gameplay and doing everything to make the graphics outstanding xD)
