EDIT: Considering this topic is years old, the levels on the first few pages are from when I started level designing. If you want to see my better quality levels, check near the end of this thread instead. Stuff like MMMMMM and Atonement by Fire, for example.
Also, here's my old 10th LDC entry, The Lunar Crisis. Not my best work, but I haven't added here yet and I don't want to bump this topic just yet.

E.Gadd's Lab (Medium)
Plot: Mario recieves a call from from Professor E.Gadd, Telling him there's a long forgotten Shine Sprite in his floating lab in space.
Land of the Shine Sprites (Hard)
One of the more difficult levels I've made.
The Castle (Easy Peasy)
This is basically a portal to the other levels I will soon make. It has many rooms to explore, and even a Shine just for fun.
The Penguin Rescue (Medium-Hard)
Long Jump Challenge (A fun level!)
Jump as far as you can by spinning and using Hover Fludd.

Hello awesome levels they were all good and i also found some glitches 
and because i love glitches made the levels more fun 
yeah so 2 of the glitches were ...
1. in peaches castle area a glitch in the black hole room if you jump around the picture (awesome work with the pictures) you get teleported into the enemy area.
2. and in the trial of whomps the first squish whomp will if you stand on top of it push you into the ceiling.
yeah so continue the work

That was EXTREMLY CLOSE. I liked the scene where Nooo! I'm dying! for Bowser.
