Ops, I though this was three levels in a series, not just three different versions of a level, here's the re-review which there was one improved that really helped your score:

Treasure in the Atmosphere (Version 3)
Wow, this was a very fun frustrating level with very good platforming. Now this never happens to me but when it does, it REALLY frecks me up when I run out of water for Hover FLUDD, and was getting annoyed at not finding any water bottles, instead I had to go back to the beginning of the level every time to refuel on water. So, it would be a good idea to put a few water bottles out to the side somewhere. Yet, the graphics were improved much more then the first version of the level which makes the level funner to play in level. Because it is frecken hard to make a very good looking space level, O_X. Now back to the platforming, I really like how everything just goes to each other, makes it look really professional. But, there was one platform that really annoyed me, which was the VERY fast circle platform on the outer ring of the circle, it is to fast that I can only stay on it for about ten seconds. Other then that, all the other platforms were working very good!

A very fun platforming atmospheric level that needs more work on adding water bottles and a few other things.

I only had time to play your last level.
Overall it was a nice level. I suggest you add enemies, unless it was part of the story. Also a few items looked a bit awkwardly placed, like the floating number switches, instead of that you could make them flying penguins or koopas. There was also the glitch with the block that constantly changes it shape.

25 Man Melee: I guess this stage is nice as just a short little minigame, but there really is nothing physically keeping you from just grabbing the shine from the start. I suggest having that green platform start out somewhere off to the side and slowly move into position, where the time it takes for it to move into place is around the same as it takes for all 25 enemies to drop (this may take some guesswork).

Runouw.Com: Yay, a Runouw.com themed level! Venexis becomes mod? Haha. I like the little cameos to various topics on the forum. I also thought it was pretty neat how you reuse those section, having the platforming take place on top of the buildings you walked by in the beginning. And of course, the story made it all worth it. Hehe, oh murph.

Treasure in the Atmosphere: Well, this one was long. o_O I thought for sure that I was done at 50, but NOPE, THERE'S A WHOLE OTHER HALF, HUR HUR. The level was okay, but I can't help but feel that it's lacking somewhat in design. It was mostly just pre-made items strewn around in a tall, empty room. While you did manage to pull that off pretty well, there just isn't anything special or unique about it. Perhaps this opinion is a result of my playing way too many SM63 levels in my time, but I think you can do better than this, MoY. It's still a good level; it's just not my favorite. It looks like you put a lot of effort into it, though, so props for that.
A tip: For a level with so many red coins, I think it will benefit the players if you told us how many coins there are total (104 is a rather random number), and place mini checkpoints throughout the level that told players how many coins they should have at that point (the level is linear, so this shouldn't be a problem).
Also, maybe just an oversight, but you don't need to climb all the way back to the top of the second half to get back to the first; you can just walk through the transition.
