Alright, so as some of you may already know, I'm in the process of developing a new story. I am currently designing an outline--basically a summary for every chapter--there will be around 20 chapters total--which will help me write my story when I actually get around to it. So far I have 3 chapters outlined.

This story is set to revolve around a child named Andy who, once living in a peaceful environment, must come to learn the difficulties and losses of life, and eventually experience one of the most emotionally painful events known to man. The story is told from the perspective of an older and wiser Andy, often noting and commenting on certain actions of characters, though there is one character he most often critiques.

I'm not starting on writing until the complete outline is finished, and I don't know when that is. But I assure you, this story is real, and it's happening. As I am early in development for the outline, I'd love to hear ideas of what you think would make a great conflict--remember, nothing supernatural enemies or anything like that--so please comment.

(and yes, I do have a name picked out for the story, but you won't find out what it is until later )

I like the idea of it. Haven't read many life-books or whatever they're called though, so I'm not sure how much I'll read or even if I'll read. :s

Anyway, sounds good so far. But, I have nothing else to say, because it's obviously not even close to being done. :3

So, uuuh,

updating didn't happen as often as I thought it would.

Rest assured, though, I'm not planning to give up on this; this just means that some time in the middle of summer is when I will finally have finished that outline. It's quite a large outline, trust me, but believe me when I say that as soon as I get that outline finished, I'll have updates rolling in in no time.

Edit (May 26, 2013):
I fell compelled to tell you all that I lost all my work on the outline when my computer was wiped, which was about 8 months ago. Sorry for the late news.
