It's been some thirty years since our first encounter,That fateful day where I Slayed the dragon, and saved the princess in a linear 2D platformer.
every year from that day on, He's been doing nothing but kidnap the princess, or recovered ancient artifacts of unimaginable power...(COUGH COUGH SUPER MARIO 63)
But it's no longer about the Mushroom Kingdom, evil plots, or the princess.
It's an endless series of attempts on our lives, targeted by assassins, mercenaries, and machines.
Bowser- and his undying will- has become an corrupt reptile.
Bowser has changed.
Blah Blah Blah, Fire Control, ID- Tagged Shells, ID-Tagged Control.
And now, it is up to me to finish off Bowser in a boxing match.

TIMELINE
November 16th, 2009
During the rehearsal for Super Mario Galaxy 2, an assassin tries to kill Mario, only succeeding in seriously injuring Yoshi, local Police Toads capture the criminal. Local Officials had no comment on the matter.
December 24th, 2009
The day before Christmas, a band of mercenaries go on a rampage in an attempt to take Peach's life, Their charred corpses later found with a hint of Fire Flowers.

Toad Town is invaded by Robots and Bowser's Army, everyone in Mushroom Castle successfully escapes, but the Toad Town is taken over by Bowser. Eye Witnesses say they saw the corpse of Luigi while escaping.

The last leg of fighting takes place on the way to Peach's Castle, almost all men are deployed to clear out a path Toad Town.
CHAPTER 1
Just as I was putting the finishing touches on my diary entry, the truck came to a halt. the man in the passenger seat turned his head back to look at us through the small window letting way for us in the back to see only a shadow of the face of the people in the front. The man said in a dry voice, "We've arrived."
He got out of the car, the sounds of footsteps in the mud coming closer to the back of the truck. The green canvas flap separating us and the outside flew open, on the other side being the man in charge here. Sgt. Todd L. Toadsworth. "Alright men, you all know what to do. At least I hope you do." He moved his head, signaling us to move out. We all got out, one by one, each of us checking the weapons we had on us. We were all set to fight, and as we all landed on the ground, we all made a little prayer to whoever we believed in. If there was anyone to believe in anymore.

We moved out a short distance before we heard the echo of gunshots and pain, which grew too close for comfort, until finally a bullet whizzed pass my head and instead, hit a soldier next to me, he dropped down, and hit the ground, lifeless before he even knew what happened. Immediately one of the men called out "SNIPER!" and we all ran for cover, we all hid behind walls corners and barrels, waiting for something to happen, more fighting occurred, but the men still alive knew that sniper was still out there, waiting for us to do something stupid. Someone threw a smoke grenade and tried to walk on through the smoke, but another shot came down, and brought with it another dead body. This sniper had thermal sights. Knowing we couldn't get through the Toad Town out in the open, the Sgt told us to find another way through, so we all turned towards the alleys so as to not get killed so simply.

Maybe it was some omniscient force giving us a break, or a just a stroke of luck, but we encountered no hostiles in our direction, at the end of the alleyway, we found a green warp pipe, the three of us (Me and two other toads) knew where it lead, we didn't want to, but we had no choice. We all took a leap into the pipe, the black bottomless opening enveloping us until we could see nothing but darkness.
And then, we rose out from the other side and landed on the ground, In the middle of a battle that was taking place, If I tilted my head up, I could see the distant shadow of the Mushroom Castle, All we had to do was take down the assortment of Koopas, Goombas and even more frightening monsters. We all raised our weapons, and rushed into the fight. I was the first to kill an enemy, then several with a grenade, the fighting wasn't too hard, for the battle was near it's end by the time we arrived, after a while, it was only a matter of killing the ones made of rock, even then we had our explosives. Soon, the field was clear, the only thing missing was that sniper. I asked the two men who had originally accompanied me to search for wounded men while I looked for the sniper. This day.....it wasn't over, but it was just about.
It wasn't very long before the sniper shot at me again, this time, I was alone. I knew he was on the roof two houses the left, but I just couldn't get him from this range with the sort of weapon I had, He had fired again, hoping to scare me, but that was the last shot he ever fired. It was then I heard someone snap their fingers that I suddenly heard screaming. Not a short cry of death, but a prolonged scream of terror, I heard flames flickering, and when I turned my head around the corner, I could see why. The sniper had suddenly burst into flames, as soon as it happened, I had been hit with a sudden realization.
"
There's only one man alive who can do something like that..." I wasn't alone. He was here. I walked out in the open to have a better look, on the roof opposite to where the sniper once nested was a man in a black coat, wearing a red cap and blue overalls.
I stared in amazement as I couldn't believe that the Plumber of Flames had just come to my aid. I stood there and watched until he moved off into a distance where I could not see him.
This fight, This War, it was all coming to a close.
CHAPTER 2
Old Friends, New Lasagna.Mario had blazed a trail through to the Mushroom Castle. Literally, He took no mercy on those who would wish to harm him, and so it was to be that he reached the top of Peach's Castle. He looked one way, and then the other, taking in the familiar sights. The hole in the wall leading to a well that used to bring him to Rainbow Ride, now boarded up and splattered with blood. the Tik Tok Clock that would shrink him to the size of a gear,The burned out spot where the toad that was actually a pokemon stood, the mutilated corpse of the Toad that Rick Rolled people, and the door in front of him which used to have a painting of a star on it, but now painted over in red letters, sending the message, "BOWSER'S THRONE ROOM. ♥♥♥♥ OFF." He ignored the warning and went right on through.
At the top of the no longer endless stairs, Mario found that the well that lead to Bowser in the Sky
with Diamonds, lol was bricked off, but instead, a tattered stairway made of floorboards and molten steel lead to a hole in the roof, which Mario took step by step.
On the Roof, Mario found a sight he was not at all surprised at. The dead carcass of Bowser that lay on the floor, being eaten away by Buzzar and Rawk Hawk, and although the sunset nearly blurred the figures, he could tell he who he was looking at, the only person to have truly to done all this.
"Look.......The war is over." Luigi said as he looked onto the land of the Mushroom Kingdom.
"Why?" Mario called back at him.
"You don't know......I wanted us to be free....free from Nintendo. Free from Shigeru Miyamato, Free from the prison that kept us here....That is what I had hoped for, from all this fighting." Luigi at that instant pulled out a syringe gun, and fired a syringe into Mario's neck. Mario kneeled in pain, and Luigi walked over to pull the syringe out of his neck.
"This is it, brother. Our final moment. The battle has ended, but we are not yet free." Luigi walked a small distance away from Mario and turned around. "The war is over......but....... we still have a score to settle." Mario raised his head, and slowly, raised himself into a fighting stance.
"Show me what you've got, Mario!" Mario ran over to Luigi attempting a punch, but he had grabbed Mario's arm and threw him to the floor. Mario this time attempted to kick him, but Luigi grabbed Mario's leg and threw him, yet again, to the ground, this time trying to strike him while he is down. Mario quickly did a barrel roll on the ground, and stood up again. Each locked their eyes onto each other, and they steadily closed the gap between themselves. Luigi tried to strike Mario in the face, but Mario countered and threw him to the ground, and as Luigi got up, he looked about as angered as Mario was. At this point, Luigi took out a syringe of his own. and injected his neck as well.
"Lasagna......infused with traces of 1-Up Mushrooms." Luigi said, at that momment, Mario and Luigi were warmed up, and they both took off their coats. Blocks and Counter Grapples, the fighting rages on, Mario eventually attempted a roundhouse kick, but, not being blessed by Chuck Norris, failed and was grappled yet again by his older brother. Luigi threw him onto the ground and along with it, he did a Ground Pound, when he landed, Mario felt many of his ribs cracking, and Luigi continued with a barrage of Elbow blows. It was at this point Luigi had gotten up, and now threw all his might at his younger brother's head. eventually, they were both tired, Luigi again pulled out another Syringe, and injected himself with 1-Up Lasagna, Mario too, took his arm and injected his neck, this went on once again until Luigi backed off and threw the Syringe away.
Mario and Luigi were both on the ground, Mario cried out "LUIIIIGI!!!!!" in anger.
Luigi called out "MARIO!!!!" right back at him.
These shouts of war scared off Buzzar and Rawk Hawk, both flew off into the sunset.
They fought and they fought, until it became a battle of headbutts against each other, soon they both dropped on their knees. The last two vials of Starman Lasagna ever created dropped out of Luigi's pockets. Mario and Luigi slowly both looked at one, picked it up, and injected each other's necks.
They both took steps back, and prepared for the fight of their final life.

Mario and Luigi both staggered backwards, each at the end of their strength. "It's not over yet!" Luigi reassured his brother. They each took slow steps at each other. Mario wound up his fist for a punch, and he hit him, in response, Luigi threw a fist at him. It was like so until Luigi finally took his fist back for one final punch, but Mario was the quicker. Luigi just stood there after being punched, his pupils small, his limbs, not responding. He fell over in pain, with his butt sticking out. Mario also fell, but only he right knee to fail on him.
Chapter 2.5
Game Over"This.....is only the beginning, Mario," Luigi spoke. "Nintendo will descend into Chaos... and it'll be the like the time when Fawful invaded. No law, No order." He said, Mario stood up "The fire....will spread across the world...the people will fight, through battle....they will know the fullness of life." Lugi fell onto his back, his eyes slowly closing "somewhere out there......I know
he's laughing." and then, Luigi fell silent.

A helicopter with E. Gadd in it flew above Mario.
EPILOGUE -
"
The dead bodies of Bowser and Luigi were found at the top of Mushroom Castle, the war was officially declared over, soon after that, my program destroyed the program controlling our brains, but left us intact. I heard that, off in some distant dimension, a gaming company lost all files and information on their Gaming worlds and icons. Nintendo's reign has crumbled away. No more did we hear reports of villains terrorizing kingdoms in an odd manner, no more did we hear about strange occurences that went on. Our way of life was finally at peace. Still....... " E Gadd looked about until finally setting his eyes on the sunset "
Peach.......what did we lose? What did we save?"
END. GAMEOVER. LE FIN. DONE. I WIN. THANKSA SO MUCH FORA READING MY STOREE.
