Mods, please don't lock this until I have made my point.

blablob wrote:Hm....I see.

You did all this for sympathy. You did all of it to gain attention, to tell everyone "Hey, I have the best story on the forums, and YOU know it!" You made this topic to see how many people would cry over the loss of cancelation of your story; to see how many people love it, and I feel like you're rubbing it in your faces with our little not-as-badass stories. Well, you wanna know something Brandobrawl? You wanna know something?

I haven't read Runouw's Forum.

Yeah, that's right. I haven't, and don't plan to. It really just does not interest me. Thanks for making everyone else scared to death :(

Moy wrote:I agree. Love Runouw's forum, hate your evil joke and your selfish demeanor. Sure, the mods will ban us for disagreeing with the almighty Brandobrawl, but I don't care because you can kill my :o

24murph wrote:I LOL'ed at how so frecken cold that is.

But anyway, all that is going on is that you worked you azz off on someone awesome and no one cares about its anymore. Well, you know my awesome levels series, the buzz about it is dead. I put at least 24 Hours into that whole thread and not that many people really played them, and I don't really care. That's why you should do things that interest you and post them on the internet, not just do them just to be awesome and leave when no one cares about them.

Locky Time, ^_^

Blab, your ignorance astounds me. I even said it before, I felt a little down because people were really excited about Runouw's Forum, but when they realized how long chapters were taking, I thought they lost interest. I made this topic as a last stand, a last consolation for making Runouw's Forum, which in its 5th chapter is topping 30 written pages, is no simple feat. I make these chapters to entertain you, my audience, not so I can gloat and say, "BWAHAHA I HAZ THE VEZT STOREE". As a matter of fact, have you ever heard me say that in a serious matter? I may not think other people's stories are good, but I try to help them and make them better, not act superior. Blab, you seem to like to argue this way a lot. Stop.
Just remember this, when you see her on the street.

Off-topic: Was it really necessary to create another topic for this?

On-topic: Let me ask you something, Brando. When's the last time you've ever made a positive comment about someone else's story? When's the last time you've actually read someone else's story? Obviously not mine (And I've asked you multiple times to read it and see what you think), but after seeing your harsh criticism on other's stories, I almost don't want you to read it. It isn't perfect, and I know that, but neither is yours. Really, is your story that good, that you needed to make a topic to see how many people would cry if you cancel'd it? But really, again with my question: When's the last time you've ever been positive about someone else's story? It's always "It's not up to my level" or "Try to catch up to me if you can." Brando, I like to call that Gloating.

I'll cut you some slack, Brando; you do have a talent for story making (From what I've heard); your story is the only one to get stickied while the rest of us just have to hope that someone cares. Therefore, I like to call this and the other topic useless; you know your story is great, so does everyone else. End of story.

I'd beg to differ. I don't think it's that great, but still quite good. Oh, and the only reason it's stickied is because it is the original story on the site. TBH, I don't think it should be.

I don't read other people's stories because I have no time. I only read the ones people have recommended to me, or really really REALLY want me to read. Of the two stories that I have read, for one I made neutral criticisms, pointing out the good and the bad with constructive criticism in mind, and for the other, I told him it was surprisingly good and funny, when no one else paid attention to it. Those stories are Mic's The Legendary Twelve and TBG's Chat Stories. Research them.

As I said before, I was searching reassurance, not trying to gloat. Once again, I ask you to try to find a comment where I say my story is superior to all IN A SERIOUS TONE. You will not succeed.

Yes, my story was stickied, but that was because people exactly the opposite to you liked it, blab, people that do not feel the need to retort to misunderstandings, that then when the author tries to clear them up feels the need to push further into the matter. I do not need your slack. I just ask you for a second time, to stop.

RE: Seriously WTH? GROW UP!

Postby 24murph » February 13th, 2010, 12:51 pm

Yeah, this is very becoming very immature.
This is EXTREMELY hard for me to say my point of this whole frecken thing because both sides of this fight are being, well childish. Brando is just mad because his stories are slowing losing it's awesome-ness and bored of writing them while Blab is just jealous of Brando's stories are sticked so that everyone can read them or something like that and that he is posting all of this stupid threads about none-thing. SO, this just leads to a very dumb flame war.

In other words, my point is just Brando and Blab should just grow up and stop flaming over random crap on the internet, and that's going to be my last words about this whole thing.

Uh...it's not flaming, and in my opinion, it's not even an argument.

Besides, that Sticky example I used, it wasn't supposed to be the moral of my "argument", it was just an example.

Whatever. Let's just forget this. Your stories are great, Brando, and now you know for a fact that everyone loves them, so you have every reason in the world not to cancel them, so just continue, and we can let this thread die peacefully.

Simple way to solve this. Blablob, shut up. Brando, stop making a big deal about it.

Why is everyone picking on and being horrible to blablob? He was the only one to stop bowing down to brando and tell him what he did was wrong. Besides me. Brando, what you did was selfish, dishonest and bratty, and the mods who love you ever so much will ban me for saying so. But bottom line, blablob is right, stop yelling at him!

Even if Blablob is right, that doesn't give him the right to speak so rudely. Neither does it for you. Both of them were being stupid. I don't know who you are talking about who was picking on Blablob.

How the shell can you stick up for brandobrawl? Should it bbe okay to lie forr symmpathy? Why dont the mods lie to us as a hobby? Why doesn't runouw decide to say he is going to close down the site just to get us to grovel and beg him not to? I should be able to expect a level of honesty and morality from you guys! And above all, i should be able to voice my honest opinion without being told to shut up by someone who goes out of his way to be brutally honest! Which i admire! Except for the fact that when someone else does it, it becomes bad? That is just wrong.
