I'll suggest something.

Don't make chapters too short. Divide them in parts.
Really. If you don't divide them in parts, you'll end up with like, hundreds of chapters if the story is long. However, if the story isn't actually THAT long, you can make every part a chapter. And that leads to my other suggestion.

Don't make parts too short.
Really, add something of interest! A sub-plot, you know, stuff like that. A short part is NOT interesting. Really, the world of stories is also the world of fan-fiction. You can add something not normally seen in the game/series (Like a Waddle Dee with a sword), however, don't exaggerate much (I mean, don't go like "Sonic suddenly appeared from a block Mario hit", but you COULD make that if it's a Mario and Sonic crossover story, but you should edit it so it says something like "Sonic suddenly appeared from the Giant robot Mario had beaten.". The point is, don't make it too weird)

You mean......too long? Because you says:

I think we must not given a too long or too short paragraghs, because:
Too long: Hard too see, too sticky words...... too long will make story tedious and can not sever the parts.
Too short: Too many parts, wasting spaces....... too short will make story vacuous and no meaning, also will make it have too many parts, like every sentence one paragraphs..........

Actually, I meant to not make them short, which if you look carefully, means "Make them a little longer, but divide the chapter in parts, but don't make too much parts."...Okay, forgot to mention that.

The thing is, you must deal with the sticky words. Not even like you would write a story and each time someone talks, you do like this:
Billy said "Hey, Tom!"

Tom replied "Hi, Billy!" with a happy expression.

"What'cha doing?"Asked Billy. Then, somewhere in another universe, on the city called Danville...

"I just felt that someone used my catchphrase in another dimension..."Said Isabella Garcia-Shapiro.

"I just built a cool robot that does whatever you want."Replied Tom.

Really. With the characters talking, you'll take like, mounts of space.

And with the short, you're kinda right. 6 parts per chapter is...Kinda enough.

Sonicfan, take criticism or you have no place being here, as we are all hypercritical.

Yah,yah, yah I know. But I don't think that too many chattings is good, maybe add a thing that says "DON"T MAKE A CHATBOX that fulled with a lot of chattings."
