They're the ones you can relate to, the ones you cheer for, the ones you cry for, they're really the reason you read, is to find out what happens to them. There would be NO story without the story characters. And I am here to honor our best. 
These are the 13. It's up to you to rank them. You know, to avoid unfairness. Cause my characters mean a lot to me.
