I suggest unstickying any story that hasn't been updated in quite some time. Yes, we may have to let go of some of our beloved dead stories, but we really should cut down on the stickies. At first, when I looked at the list, I thought it was just normal. Then I realized, "holy crap, those are all stickies." O_o

I think that's an ok idea, but I have another suggestion. How about stickying stories that have had a lasting effect on the members of Runouw.com (meaning they love the story and can't wait for more) AND that have a lot of chapters/sections?

How many do you think would qualify as, "a lot of chapters/sections"?

Yours, for one. Ones that have at least 4 full sections. Examples:

-VAGS: Civil Destruction
-Runouw.com in the Subspace Emissary
-Life Inside a Level
-The Cycle
-The Runouw.com Connection

And maybe some others too.

I would really like it if there was a "Short story of the month" that was stickied at the end of each month, determined by judges in a monthly contest. Speaking of which, we really need to have a regular writing contest on here.

Well, I came on here and realized that there was a serious problem.

My story, The Cycle, which has been dead for two months in my absence, was stickied.

Why?

I don't know.

Anyhow, Blab, with a bit of input from those of us that were in the chat at the time, edited up the stickies a bit. If you have over 1000 views, you're story will be stickied, at least for now. So that cut down the number of stickies for now (oh, and blab counted all of Runouw's Forum as one story since it is, well, all one story).

BTW, I will be picking The Cycle up again, but it didn't make sense for it to be stickied right now. So yeah.

Ok, now i am pissed that another one of my decisions was overturned and we go back to Brando only favortism. I may as well not be a moderator. first thing tomorrow I will resticky the stories with over 500 views and same with the level series. And if I am overturned again, I will resticky them. And again. And again. DO NOT UNSTICKY THEM.

MOY, there's a reason I unstickied them. The thing is that there are too many stories and such with 500+ views, we needed to bum it down because MULTIPLE people agreed it was getting out of hand. I'm unstickying what needs to be unstickied because there really is no point in having so many. It's for the best, and that's all that it. Also, Brando wasn't favored, I stickied other stories as well, those that had enough views. But there are simply too many topics with 500+ and we can't sticky all of them. Also, let's make this clear. I am not favoring Brando but I am overturning this decision because the amount of stickies is rediculous.
