Misery assumed that was the truth, knowing she wouldn't get a response. "I used to consider you merely an out-of-control robot, but I see I misjudged you. You should know that I carry no affection for this island." She finishes her short monologue, before hovering up into the air, ready for a battle.

Yes. You can learn unlimited skills, but you can only handle a maximum of 7. But you can create your own set of skills according to the ones you learned and the PP/MP you have.
