Forum rules THE FORUM GAME RULES - FOLLOW OR DIE 1. Please make the Forum Games have a sense! No dumb "Post 100 times", stuff like "The Vending Machine" is also posting and posting and is way better, no? 2. No dupes. Please do not create a bunch of RPGs. If you have an idea, ask a Staff member if it is unique enough. 3. Bumping is allowed, as long you follow the rules of the forum game.
How to Play: Each player is given a single-suit poker deck (13 cards, no jokers). The objective is to slap down a card (PM Harmless which card you want to play) and combine it with your teammates. When the cards are revealed, your card total is combined with your teammate's to form a total. If your total exceeds the opposing team's total, you win that round and earn points based on the difference between the totals! There are a few cards however that, instead of giving points, give effects:
- Jacks double the value of your teammate's card. - Queens add half of the total value of the enemy team's play to your team's total (rounded up). They also give 5 extra points if the opposing team has a 7, 8, 9, or 10 as part of their card composition! - Kings nullify all Jack, Queen, and Ace effects. - Aces remove J or Q card the enemy team played, unless if one of the cards the opposing team played was a 2, 3, 4, or K. If at least one of those cards were played by the opposing team, Aces have no effect.
If two face cards were played by a team, their total is 0, no matter what. The game lasts for three rounds. Whoever has the biggest total at the end wins!
Pro Tips: Public communication is great if you feel like you have the opposing team checkmated! Discard piles are also visible to all players participating. Once you use a certain rank, everyone knows you can't play it again!

In all 1v3 and 2v2 games, Private PM's between team members are not allowed! (mostly so the games go much quicker and also because anything you say should be heard by everyone else, just like in an actual Mario Party game)
