I think all the characters come together at some point in the game.

All characters will come together at the end of the Prologue.

The Prologue is pretty much this story's... prologue. Basically, it helps to establish a bit where people come from and how they got to the action in the first place. and then we'll start with chapters and stuff.

Given the separate POVs, it might be hard to narrate well in the Prologue. I might actually split this thing into separate POVs for the Prologue, or when talking about someone else just go like "Meanwhile, X was doing this and this", I dunno. What do you think?

Also, I think I'm gonna throw an Epilogue after the game's done. Kinda like for tying loose ends, and I dunno, make your chars hang out for a while before ending the game? And PvP. Lots and lots of PvP. :3

Oh cool epilogues for after stories and stuff.

I'm trying to take most (if not all) of the info you gave me into account for this game. So far I've got a general idea of where things are and all, and I made up a "hub level", of sorts, and other things.

Edit: This last week College has been sending wave after wave of constant crap at me, but tomorrow I'm done with it. So I think I'll start this thing very, very soon. And don't worry, Arceus, I might actually have the POVs play out one at a time, and we can switch to you after you come back.
