"Well, this looks nice." Mega quietly says, smiling, "But I best see if anyone's around... I can't find my way around a different time myself."

(How much are Runes anyways)

Dennis trudges out of the bar, having wasted yet another day and yet another fairly large sum of money. Today, things will be different. Or so he tells himself, as he has told himself every day for almost as long as he can remember.
But first, some sleep would be nice. Dennis looks around the town, to see if there is anywhere where he can stay for a night, or a day.

[Runes are kinda like the Gil from Final Fantasy, I guess. You can probably get a potion for 100 of them. :P ]

[Zunar's Perspective]

The cool morning air feels so refreshing that it seems to reach into Zunar's soul. Definitely something he needed.

The backyard isn't too big. There's grass covering a good portion of it, except for a portion covered in tiles, with another table with four chairs around it. Usually, when they had guests, Zunar and Hannah would entertain them here. People seemed to like being outdoors. Except when it was raining or cold, of course...

There's also a clothesline with Zunar's Lucky Shirt. Hannah kinda hates it, because Zunar wears it a lot for some reason.

[Wind and Aiden's Perspective]

Wind quickly ran across the bridge, attracted by the statue close to the dojo.

The person depicted meditating there seemed to have no hair, and was dressed in robes. At the statue's base, there was an inscription:

The founder of this Dojo
Master Yin

The statue seemed to have an air of majesty around it.

Aiden seemed to stay behind...

[Maybe I should wait for ChaosYoshi to post before doing anything else in this perspective...]

[Allen's Perspective]

[BM, please wait for me to post before you post again... This time it's ok, though. I know I took a bit of time to continue your perspective, but be a little patient. :D ]

The man entered this destroyed village. It seemed to be surrounded by a wooden wall, which was now a bunch of burnt planks. The buildings inside seemed to be made of either adobe or wood as well, and were nothing but rubble. There weren't too many things left...

He decided to check the first destroyed building. There didn't seem to be much in it. There was a broken table, with a small portrait on the floor next to it. In a corner, there seemed to be some blood...

[Burt's Perspective]

There didn't seem to be anyone in the street. Kind of weird, given that it was around 7 AM and people started going to work and all... Maybe this street just didn't have much traffic going on at the moment.

The sign on a corner of the street said "Logan Street". There seemed to be some houses, a bicycle store, and a bar. Just as he was looking, a guy comes out of the bar...

[Dennis' Perspective]

In this particular street there doesn't seem to be any places to stay. Maybe he should just go back to that small inn back at First Avenue. There didn't seem to be any buses going around however... in fact, there didn't seem to be any traffic at all in this street. Kind of strange... He would be able to get to First Avenue by walking left from where he was, though.

In front of him there were some grocery stores. Next to the bar there were some old houses, and a bicycle store. Now that he thought of it, that was some weird building placement...

[As you can see, I suck at city planning :P If you give me some time I can make this better]

[Just wanna say, that video is murder to listen to on earphones. The channels are too split and it makes my head hurt. Compare that one to this one and you'll see what I mean. Then again it might just be my earphones, I need to replace them since one side sometimes doesn't want to work sometimes.]

"Hey, there's my lucky shirt," I say, walking over to it. It's green and well-worn, and holds a lot of memories for me. Dad bought this shirt for me when I was younger and I eventually grew into it. Surprisingly, it still fits.

"Maybe I should put it on, if only to tick Hannah off..." I think it over. "Nah, I won't. She said she's going to the mall, so I don't want to put her in a bad mood."

[Sorry for that, Zunar... my earphones were broken sometime ago so I can't really know that...]

[Also, sorry Mega, I dunno why I missed you xD]

[I'm in class right now, when I'm done here I'll update]

[Shame on you]

Well, the inn on First Avenue is as good a place to go as any. Dennis turned left to head towards the inn [not seeing the other person who is almost certainly on this street and will almost certainly be important later].

Burt looks at the man walking out of the bar, trying to see whether or not he was one of those guys that were chasing him.

''What happened here?'' The man thought. He walked over to the portrait and examined it.

(Have you tried PMing CY?)

[KABOOM, believe it or not I have to do stuff in my life besides this game :P]
[BM, I PMed everyone when this thing started. I'll try PMing him again I guess. If there's no reply, I'll take over his character for a while]

[Mega's Perspective]

Mega looked around. There didn't really seem to be anyone around... and there wasn't really anything here besides the tree and the bushes and the plants surrounding the road.

Suddenly, there was a noise. Mega couldn't tell right away what it was, but it seemed to come from the bushes...

[Zunar's Perspective]

Either way, Zunar decided to take his shirt.

Zunar got the Lucky Shirt (Badge)!
Every now and then, enemy attacks will miss. (Critical Value: 6)
Equip Cost: 3 BP

The Lucky Shirt is added to Zunar's available badges.

[Burt's perspective]

That guy wasn't one of the guys chasing you. He doesn't look suspicious at all. He's probably just a drunkard or something. Whatever...

[Allen's perspective]

The portrait shows a beautiful girl, probably in her late teens, with long blue hair and dark, deep eyes, and wearing some kind of Pendant. She seems familiar...
