New members aren't obnoxious, obnoxious people are obnoxious. There are plenty of new members that join that are pretty chill people, but there are also ones that annoying. That's true for more or less every group of people.

No. We were born to have our thoughts expand from ourselves. Not to mention we are also born with gender,you cannot be gender-neutral about things,either.
