So,you know the flash game called Tower of Heaven? The game where an anonymous god keeps binding you with stupid rules? Yeah that.

There are four starter rules in this game:
1. Starting from 1,if a member posts,he must multiply the number by 2.
If a staff member posts,he must divide the number by 3.
2. The poster has to obey the rules given by the previous users and state the number in whatever way he sees fit. Then,he has to add another rule to the rules (The way the rule is stated must obey the added rules,too).
3. If anyone breaks the starter rules and the added rules,the number resets to 1 and all added rules are removed.
4. Added rules shall be contained in a spoiler box. If a previous rule disobeys the rule you're posting,it's alright.

Assuming the first added rule is "Don't use any capital letters".
