You heard the sound of your body impacting the ground just before you went unconcious, so it's possible that you simply respawned. You don't know why you can respawn, or why you respawned back in the office.

Since there's light now, look for something like stairs or an elevator.

Nothing in the office changed while you were falling, which means that the door is still locked. You do notice a really small vent in the corner of the room.

Drop the filing cabinet down the hole to see if you can hear it drop.

With some effort, you pull the upended cabinet away from the wall, and push it through the hole. In the process of moving it, many of the cabinet's documents fall onto the floor. You watch it fall down, until it's too far away for your naked eye to see. After some amount of seconds pass, you hear a faint crash, which is followed by screaming.

Yell "are you alright" toward the general direction of the screaming, then apologize if necessary.

You yell "Sorry! Are you okay?!". A few seconds later, you hear a very faint, "♥♥♥♥ you!" as the person crushed by the cabinet continues to scream.

Pound on the door and see if anyone hears you.

You roughly knock on the door in the hopes that someone lets you out. Nobody hears you.

You grab a few of the documents and look at them. That's odd, these aren't actually documents, they're just pictures of roast beef. You scour through all the papers on the floor, only to find that there is not a single legitimate document; only pictures of roast beef. Whoever works in this office must really love beef.

Resign to your fate and take a nap.

Since there isn't much to do, you bunch the pictures into a pile, lay down on them, and try to fall asleep. Unfortunately, even after having your eyes shut for a while, you just can't sleep. You get up and start pacing around the room. What can you do? The only way you can get out is by removing one of the ceiling tiles and crawling through the ceiling's crawlspace, but how can you get there? You can't just crawl up on a piece of furniture and reach up there, because the desk in the office isn't tall enough. How shall you get into the ceiling's crawlspace?
