Solution: Make it part of your weekly (biweekly? monthly? daily?) routine if you really want to commit to it. To steal advice about reading from my english teacher to our class, don't tell yourself "I'll do it in my free time". You know as well as I do that none of us have free time--it really doesn't exist, and by telling yourself that, you'll never get around to doing it. By making it into something you have to do, you should be able to do it more consistently.
Problem: Every day for the past week I've woken up sneezing with my eyes really red and mostly shut, sometimes even crusted over, and that usually lasts throughout the whole day no matter what I try to do. I've dealt with seasonal allergies my whole life but it's never been this severe nor this persistent. What do.
