Instead of having them on
http://www.sheezyart.com/, why not have them on
http://www.newgrounds.com like you did with Super Mario 63?
It's easier on the controls because when we press up, the scroll doesn't go up.

It doesn't scroll up when I press up. It must be your computer or your internet browser.

Well it would be better for everyone anyway. Did you know Runouw made another game? That's why the SSBBE was low on updates.

In Internet Explorer, when pressing up or down on the arrow keys, the screen will scroll in that respected direction. I tried it on Mozilla Firefox and it works perfectly fine. If you're using Internet Explorer, that's your reason.
