After beating GT and the Evil Factory. I thought of nothing but more games! And I think I know how it could work!
Idea #1 - Make it a prequel: The evil foreman said he became the top foreman by destroying the others. The prequel could be about the foreman (being the playable character.) Destroying the other foremans, and becoming the top foreman!
Idea #2 - Make the sequel follow the fake ending: It's probably the dumbest idea here. But make the sequel be based off the fake ending. Where you play as the other robot with the hair. (Why would a robot have hair?) And the final boss could be GT, the new foreman. My only problem with that is that all the same worlds would be there, and I'd like some new ones.
Idea #3 - Make the sequel follow the real ending: If you beat the game with all 55 orbs, GT was talking about destroying the humans. The sequel could be about wiping out the human race. It could even be multiplayer. All the robots working together to wipe out the humans. You could play as GT, Green Tutorial Bot, I assume all the bosses now work for GT. So make them playable to, and other robots built for the purpose of killing I guess.
Idea #4 - Make a GT and the Evil Factory movie: Agreed, it's not a sequel idea. But I'd really like to see a movie of the game!
The only issue is, Runouw never really has enough time for games with school and this new game coming. And he doesn't really seem big in sequels (let alone prequels.) And I really want a level maker for GT!

I played GT and i luved it. There should be a prequel/sequel. I've got it...how about somehow GT becomes the new foreman and sets the other robots in the factory free and they capture humans! 
I wish that there could be a level designer or a way to custimize GT, not with weapons, but with colors, like a Mii
