After Last Legacy is finished Runouw should make a new Mario game. It could be the sequel be SM63. The plot should be Bowser somehow survives and get all of his army together.(Expect for Kamak). Bowser attacks Peach's castle somehow and takes the Shines to try and destory the world. This time Mario has to go through the worlds (or coures) on a overworld map, and collect all of the Shines and deafet Bowser. There should also be a level designer and put the SM63 level designer levels with this one. The only diffence is there are more tiles and idems. The playable characters would be Mario and Luigi. Runouw making a sequel to Super Mario 63 = My dream come true

Now while a sequel is a great idea, it's been requested many, many times. Besides, after Runouw is done Last Legacy, I'm sure he'll get back to working on Super Smash Bros. Brawl Engine or the 3D Starfox Game. But it's his schedule so I can't be certain.
