I've seen the hacked version of Super Mario 63 already.
I guess I don't really have a problem with it. Because, like the Action Replay, these hacks make the game more fun after you have already beat it...
They should have told me first however.
Although, they are not stealing the source code and editing it. It would be a lot more obvious because a decomplier isn't always perfect and leaves traces like having glitchy looking graphics or altered fonts in some places. No, they are hacking it through javascript to change around certain variables in the game. (This is impossible to do on games programmed in AS3 because Adobe noticed the problem, so it will not be as easy as this to hack one of my future games)
However, If they used a decomplier to REMOVE my name on it and give themselves credit for it (among other changes), then I would have a huge problem with it.
