Twist Gear Boss. Simple as that. (Number 3's second phase)

Attacks: Hop: Hops and Stomps player. Roll: Puts legs in, rolls around squashing player. Omega Lazer: Fires 3 Lazers in different directions. Missile: Launches Missile.
Takes 5 hits to defeat. Can use a green Omega Lazer as defence. (Doesn't hurt, but paralyzes player for time to attack.)
