Just noticed one little thing: Some temporary invincibility after being hit would be nice. I got smacked silly by the stealth ship's rapid fire one too many times.

Also, I don't know if this is a bug or not, but one time, after breaking a cargo box, I leveled up twice immediately, then a third time after killing only a few more enemies. It was the first cargo box of the game. If it's an EXP awarding cargo, then maybe you get too much from it.

@fourinone:

There's a chance that a cargo ship will give you a ton of points. Points are equal to EXP.

However, I plan on removing the massive-points thing soon.

Also, I will implement the temp-invincibility after hits.

Version 0.1.5 is out. Plenty of new stuff.

Lemme know what you think, if you find any bugs etc.

edit: Well, it seems that the scripting for bullet and missile damage borked. :troll:

I'll fix this in about 7-8 hours, since I has skool. :awe:

0.1.5.1 is out, just some bugfixes and stuff. Mainly the "You can't hurt enemies" bug :facepalm:

Here's what to do:

~Design an enemy, no more than 14x10 (because of the giant vector pixels)
~Give a description of their behaviour
~Tell me the ratio (1:2 being Cargo and Bomber, 1:4 being player, fodder, shooter, etc.)
~Tell me the points, hp, and anything else.

Winner(s) will be credited ,and have their ship in the game!

This is my entry

srry it is so small. It spawns enemies, but basically stays in place the whole time. It comes on screen, then stays on the top portion and goes back and forth, spawning little enemies with health 1 and low speed.

health is 20.
It also temporarily stays where it is and then powers up for a mega beam that will wipe you out if it hits you.

speed= 2 vector pixels / second


it is 14 pixels by 10 pixels

Big update coming soon.

edit: Not the biggun, but 0.1.8 has Lifetime Stats.
