Let me give you some tips, then.

1. Clean up the seal's sprite! There are a lot of random white pixels around it, and some pixels that are supposed to be white are transparent. You can fix this in any image editing software, even MSPaint.
2. What are you supposed to do? Give a brief description of your goal in the Instructions. Is it "reach the nuke icon while avoiding enemies", or "destroy all enemies then reach the nuke icon", or what?
3. What's the purpose of the enemies? Goombas die when you touch them, and Bowsers send you back to the starting position and then dies...? And the large Bowsers simply die when you touch them? Who's hitting whom? Give some indication of what's happening, be it a sound, animation, or whatever (for example, the seal swinging its club, or the Goomba getting squashed when hit).
4. It's impossible to lose. There's no challenge. Perhaps add hit points, or lives, or a time limit?
5. At least have the seal turn around when moving left and right?

If you need programming help, feel free to ask.
