Too bad I have Windows 7 for my laptop, so I cannot play it. At all.

Windows 7 can't play it? I get an error while loading that says:
Unexpected error occured while loading game

Okay, seems like you need the VB runtime package to run it.
New version with new dll uploaded. Please download it, even if the old dll worked for you. Same link.
