I think Toronto is taking Halloween a bit too far.
There was this Zombie Parade which delayed Streetcars for up to 4 hours, and the Clear alert? Sounds too serious.

Where I live I think I'm one of the very few people who noticed that Hallowen is comming... Even the stores aren't selling hallowen stuff.
