It's in a large cave with a dirt floor. You might even say it's a hallowed out mountain.
Outside of the cave, there's a grassy area that only stretches about twenty feet, followed by miles of desert.

...Specifically?
Well, there's about 10-15 buildings and a couple of farms.
The floor of the cave can only hold five buildings and the farms, but we have support structures built along the side of the cave to hold the rest of the buildings.

Including the prison incident, I've almost died three times in the last couple of months.

You can't get the position of "Captain" if your fighting skills aren't at least adequate.
That being said, I already have a sparring partner, you'll have to look elsewhere.
