Frederick takes a look behind him, the skeletons still approaching him. "Okay, fine." Frederick holds his ground and lines them up so he can get as much collateral as possible, then fires repeatedly.

[Magnen]

Maggy jabs her staff straight at one skeleton to push it back, then swings it to the other side to smack the weapon out of the other skeleton's hand.

==FIRST WAVE==

NAN

You punched the zombie latching onto your face first, knocking him out for good in one hit. The other zombies and skeleton knights approached, but Karyete intends to take them on!

KARYETE

Your scythe cleaved through the skeletons and the zombies with ease. The zombies went down, but the skeleton knights predicted your move and pushed their upper bodies up and forward, managing to leave a small cut on your arms and your chest. They laughed and prepared to cut your legs as well.

ROYCE

The bat narrowly avoided the crashing bookshelf. Where the heck were you aiming at? Are you blind? Oh wait, you ARE! The room has significantly dimmed, with your computer screen and the moonlight being the only sources of light in the room. Cloaked in the darkness, it's hard to locate the bat with your eyes. The bat flew to one of the ceiling's corners, and dived down at you, morphing back into a vampire halfway through, and prepares to suck you dry!

MEGAR

The Brimstone Knight uttered something, but you couldn't tell what he said right away. He stepped forward and brought his burning blade down. You attempted to parry in response. Just when the swords were about to clash, he immediately changed the sword's direction and cut sideways...a feint! The blazes of the blade surged and scorched some parts of your face. You could not keep your eyes open under the sudden heat, so you couldn't cut his hand accurately. The knight steps back a bit in retaliation, and thrusts his sword at you! Although you're blinded, you can feel another burst of flames coming toward you...

What he said...was it Flametongue?

FREDERICK

/!\ Lantern Fiend

The skeleton knights at range were no match for the power of modern firearm, and fell one by one. With the shotgun, it seemed that you got everything under control. Suddenly, a huge green figure - thrice your size, appeared from the Forum Game district, making the ground shake by simply stepping on it. It wore a Jack-o-Lantern on his head, but it seemed extra sinister. The fiend roared, thumping its chest with its arms. The Jack-o-Lantern suddenly fired out several blue fireballs at you! Two zombies followed the fiend, and two more zombies approached you from behind...

MAGGY

As you pushed the skeleton away, it threw its rusty sword at you, causing a small cut on your right thigh. You then smacked the other skeleton's sword away, but the skeleton itself latched right onto you, grabbing you by your arms in an attempt to stop you from using your staff. The pushed skeleton quickly got back up and rushed forward, trying to disarm you while you're bound!

While they're busy laughing, I run to a skeleton knight and deliver a flying kick!

[Karyete]

Karyete stumbled backwards and covered his chest with his arm, and felt some blood. It wasn't the worst pain he had felt, but the counterattack had shocked him.

He put some distance between him and the skeleton knights, but kept his focus on them. Nan seemed to be much quicker than him.

[Megar]

"You cheeky ♥♥♥♥." Megar groans while ducking and, in true Megar fashion, actually just quickly sliding his leg to trip the knight over. Whether it works or not he follows up with a super cool Zero style sword uppercut. Yeah, you know the one.

[Magnen]

"Hmph."

Maggy holds the staff horizontally above the attached skeleton's arms and slams it down in an effort to break them off, as well as giving the torso a good kick for distance. She then swings her staff towards the other skeleton's weapon before attempting to skewer this one's skull.

[Oranjui]

Blind, but not quite deaf, he thinks. Royce whirls around with the sword in the direction of the voice. Unable to see, he hopes to either hit the vampire, or let the sword's massive momentum carry him out of the monster's path.

[Harmless]

"Oooh! You dressed up really nice for halloween!"

Frederick notices the fireballs heading his way and immediately rolls forward, hoping to get under them. When he comes up, he melees the zombies with several kicks.

NAN

Your powerful kick completely crushed one of the skeleton's skull, killing it. The other skeletons were shocked, but the one closer to you quickly slashed your leg, while the one further away from you threw its sword at you, leaving a shallow cut on your chin. The wound on your right leg bled, but the pain still feels manageable.

KARYETE

You pulled your distance away from the feud. It seems that the skeletons are now focused on Nan instead of you.

ROYCE

You're mine! The vampire dived down from above and sank his teeth into your neck, with his legs just about to land and -

GYAHHH!

The vampire shrieked in pain, and his fangs quickly let go. As your eyes slowly get used to the darker environment, you realized that you had just cut the vampire in half! Scum...SCUM! My fellow vampires...they'll avenge me! THERE IS NO ESCAPE! The vampire died after saying his last words. Considering his durability, he must have been a low-tiered vampire.

MEGAR

The Brimstone Knight was surprised by your sliding moves, but as it turned out, he was actually attacking you with the flames, so he kept enough distance to prevent himself from getting tripped. You quickly followed up with a flashy sword uppercut, but he met your blade with his own, parrying the hit before retaliating with his own. The heat came from your right...

FREDERICK

You narrowly avoided the fireballs with them grazing your jacket (or whatever you're wearing right now). The fireballs hit the zombies that were trying to get you from behind, incinerating them into bits. The zombies next to the fiend advanced toward you, but you fended them off with a flurry of kicks, although they were not enough to kill them. The fiend was not amused with your efforts, and rushed forward to try and grab you!

MAGGY

The attached skeleton crashed onto the ground and was sent flying by your kick. You knocked away the rusty sword on the ground and met the approaching skeleton with your staff. A direct hit! The skeleton's skull was punctured by your staff, and the skeleton became inanimate. The skeleton you knocked away is now trying to get back on his feet. You noticed three zombies approaching from the distance, but they're holding hammers.
