Dis beh topic about teh plot in which we discuss what weel happen in teh stoary.

To be clear, right now this topic will only be used to discuss the main plot in the story....basically just summarize what should happen in a few sentences or less. I don't want to go into too much detail on a plot when we don't know if it will be approved or not.

When we all agree on a main plot, then we go into detail, plot twists, conflicts, etc..

All right, well, we have mode's idea, where Runouw.com and another forum are basically at war with each other to become the dominant forum on the Interwebs. The way I understand it, members here (some of whom might be members on the other forum as well) are torn between the two, and consequently there will be several double and perhaps triple crosses as members secretly spy for the other forum and stuffs…so yeah…mode can probably describe it better, but that's what I got out of it. I personally like this idea, though I know that Blab didn't love it so much…

I think this was the only plot suggested so far:

Several sites fighting against each other, users betraying sites because they feel they don't offer much for them, joining a different site, Admins adding new 'features' and such to their sites to gain members, etc. etc. etc.

A bit like a real war, where the leaders try to raise the morale of their citizens / try to persuade others to join their side. Of course, there should be some fighting as well. In sum, I'm suggesting a story of strategy/action.

Well if it's action you need, I'm your man. Although I'm thinking we should try a different view of the forums then usual, as many stories have the whole Runouw.com is a city. I'm not sure exactly, but we need something to wow the people.

Hmm…forums as something other than a city? That's a good idea. So what were you thinking?

We could go for a setting bigger than a city. Maybe a province, empire, or kingdom could do it? Or is it too much like a city?

Might be better not to have it be a place at all…maybe an organization of some kind? (Like maybe Runouw.com could be code for some super secret spy agency for somebody… )

Well, given that the site itself isn't any type of secret organization, that might not be such a good idea.
