what YOUR worst holiday moment ever?

mines when the dog got into the ornament box
one surgery and three months later, we have about 1/4 of our normal ornaments left,about 5/8 chewed,1/16 slobberized and the rest digested. BAD DOG

Last Christmas, our cat was CONSTANTLY JUMPING INTO THE CHRISTMAS TREE. It was terribly annoying, and had many times almost knocked the tree down.
This year, he's been invading it much less. He is much older now, fortunately. Now, his main threat is hiding under the tree harmlessly...
