We got snow. It's falling right now... probably... Here's the deal: If you have animated headers turned off in your User Control Panel, there's no snow. If you have animated headers turned on, it's snowing in here too.

The effect works for me, and I have chrome. The snowflakes do seem to stutter every now and then, but that's about it.

From what I've seen, the effect completely disappears, and quickly, while scrolling down the page. It doesn't disappear on other browsers.

Using chrome and the only real side effect I see is if I highlight stuff it sometimes highlights the snow too.
