Kerri, in a hurry, pushed Karyete back into the keep and locked the hatch to the top. Karyete ran down the hallway, asking for more help, but all the remaining troops weren't available. He returned to Kerri, only to see that she got a new pack of forces to command.
Kerri's men moved out to repel the advancing Decemian forces in the keep. (As shown in the map)

It seemed that the Decemian forces inside the keep weren't your everyday arrow fodder...
The Decemian mages, seeing Kerri's forces, blasted the ceiling over the knights with waves of fireballs. A gaping hole was left in the ceiling, with the sky visible from below, and the rubble crashing on the knights, paralyzing them. The other Decemian squad took the shortcut and rushed down from the hole, killing the unsuspecting bowmen.
The first squad then worked on killing the paralyzed knights, but funny enough, Kerri's enchantment made the armor especially hard to pierce. The mages cast a binding spell over them instead, making sure that they won't be moving for a good while.
The squad of mages next to Kerri raised a barrier, trying to buy time for Kerri to move back.

OOC: See the texts over the units? For example:

O denotes the commander of the unit, which, in this case, is Otto.
15 denotes the amount of soldiers in the unit. In this case, the unit consists of 15 knights.
M denotes the unit being all mounted. If the unit isn't mounted, there won't be any letter in the bottom right corner. In this case, the 15 knights are all mounted.
Meanwhile, in the battleground outside...
Harmless' forces suddenly dug out of the barren hill, with bunch of footmen rushing out from both sides of the keep, all aiming for one target: General Otto. The clerics stayed in the tunnel, ready for first aid. The bow knights stood behind and prepared to skewer Otto with their crossbows!
Robin, unfazed by the surprise reinforcement, advanced forward with more flames than ever. The recovery given by Otto's mages seemed to be more than enough for him to sustain his combat abilities. The flames turned out to be an excellent strategy for barring footmen advances. Damien buffed his mages ,but the effect wasn't very significant, given that he was the only output of enchantments. He then cast a magical shield over General Otto himself.
Waves of crossbow fires sped through the waves of flames, although inaccurate due to the flames blocking the sight. Damien and Robin lost a mage each.
"Meaningless...USELESS!" Otto raised his scepter one more time. Shooting stars were shot out of the tip of the scepter. Like missiles, they arched over the sky and crashed on Harmless' troops, causing big explosions. 10 Bow Knights, 10 Spearmen, 10 Heavy Armors and 5 Mages disintegrated on the spot, with 5 Bow Knights, 5 Heavy Armors, 15 Spearmen and 5 Mages severely burnt, now receiving emergency aid from the clerics. The field was cracked and set ablaze by the stars, further showing how hot they were.
Audrey, not heavily targeted anymore, leaped forward and vaulted across the waves of flames. She immediately went for the Winter Archmage's mount, killing it in one swift blow. Otto, in response, quickly dismounted, before summoning a small tundra, keeping her away from him. But, Audrey vaulted across the tundra and managed to cut Otto's left breast, although a shallow wound. Otto threw his cape at the Novemian general and summoned a powerful gust of wind, knocking her back to the broken gate.
Otto's staff glowed a light green, as his wound quickly regenerated. Although fine on the outside, he seemed to be tired from the rapid use of powerful magic. He batted an eye to the back, checking the progress of the cavalry reinforcement. They were almost there.
