Try using the "Wait" function. But I have no idea how many frames are equal to one second. I suggest you try to ask Runouw or any other member who has some knowledge about the Designer. After the "Wait" function, try using the "Activate" function with the linkage of a door.

I just don't know. Maybe not. A music importing system is kind of too complicated or too hard to develop. How about you post a link to your alternative music instead?
