hide the path

:facepalm: there are NO gimmicks here(unless hiding a path is a gimmick) :facepalm:

set the play-on ground to Alpha 0 in the area your making the 'hidden walkway', place a block you want to hide like so:

the N means nothing the B means your block, now to get it started you have to place the SAME TYPE of block in the BG like so:

now what that does is makes a DARKER version of your block, but you want it to hide behind your block and make it look like this:

you need to set the alpha box in the middle at the size of 4 blocks high and 1 width so it looks liek this in the FG:

now you want to try to make the BG boxes look like the foreground, you MIGHT get it perfect, in the end it should look like:

This also is in my levels topic, so yeah... Anyways, basically it's like the car thing by... Whoever it was that made that awesome thing. However, it's a hover board so you're able to fight on it.
It's very simple and needs polish. You have three triggers: One to move right, one to move left, and one to jump. The right and left ones are self explanatory, but the jump is pretty complicated. Basically, it makes it go up with you when you jump, and then waits a second or so until it goes back down with you.
I just did a terrible job explaining... You know what? Just try it yourself and you'll get it!

1. Make what you want of third background with tiles in the background, otherwise will not work

EDIT: Sometimes it works with custom path... and sometimes with the normal movement settings... oh BTW the second thing is better. Plus I recommend using straight lines in the custom path settings!

There's Runouw written on the mountains of one of the backgrounds.


Also:
Clouds you can walk on.
1. Spawn a platform and a cloud. I suggest the cloud as shown in the picture, as it is flat. Make sure the platform is at a layer behind the cloud, like mid-back layer.

2. Put the platform in the cloud like this. Put it at the height of the cloud so it doesnt look like you are floating.

3. Go to the second to last tab of the platform called "Colour Properties" and set the alpha to 0.

4. Walk on it.
