When gravity is in a different direction and you attack in mid-air the character flips as though gravity is normal for the duration of the attack and then turns back in the actual direction of gravity(the altered gravity).

I think it's because arial attacks in different directions aren't programmed in to the game.

EDIT:

Oh, and another bug is that everything can still move when you are reading a sign:

Enemies can move and hurt you.

Moving blocks can carry you away.

If you press the Up Key before/when a trigger forces you to read a sign, you fly up, and if there's a pit next to it, you can fall down the pit. (I think this also happens sometimes when you go through a door.)

Okay, this glitch is going to be a bit hard to explain, but here it goes:

• This applies to tile color change boxes, and the tab that has RGB tints and brightness.
• When you click this tab (the \|/ symbol) the values of the red, blue and green tint sliders each go down by one on each repeated click; UNTIL one or all of the numbers have reached a multiple of 32 (0, 32, 64, 96, etc.)
• This does not apply to the brightness slider, it stays constant and does not affect when the others stop.
• Also, if a RGB tint slider is set to a negative number, it will not decrease further. This only affects the specific slider that is negative.
• On that note, if a tint slider is set to less than -128, clicks will INCREASE the value, until it reaches a multiple of 32 (-128, -160, -192, etc). This won't work unless it is below -128.

So yeah, the AS3 coding is messed up somewhere in there.
Honestly, Runouw would understand this better than anyone else. :?

Color change boxes don't affect lava, I found.

2 things:

  1. The autosave STILL doesn't work. The Flash Player Plug-In quit (unexpectedly) and I lost a purely awesome level.
It seems like this always happens when I make a really good level.
  2. Moving blocks/Planets don't work without acceleration.

These two things Really NEED to be fixed.

I know it's been said already, but lava doesn't work. Spikes don't work, either.

Autosave seems to work for me... I think it makes an autosave every time you return to the editor screen from playing a level (i.e., hitting backspace or reaching the goal). So, I'm guessing you went a long way without actually playtesting your level. If that still doesn't work, you can always take the old-fashioned approach and save your level into a text file frequently. :awe: In fact, that's what you should be doing; don't rely on autosave!

Actually it happened twice now.

First, I did test it a lot. when I clicked the save button it froze and quit. I logged back on, and clicked "start from the last autosave" and it took me to beta level two.

Second,

this, but I did test it one or two times.

For the "Time" option in triggers, if you set it to anything above 100%, it goes back to 100% when you click apply.

If you try manually editing the code, weird stuff happens. Crabs go back to their original beta form, and enemy mushrooms get stuck in their pre-jumping state.

If you set it to 400% in the code, the following happens. if you turn around, the player freezes. if you jump, you freeze in almost-mid-air. if you press Z, you swing your sword and the player freezes.

if you wait in one spot long enough when the player is not frozen, then the player disappears for a second, then this guy appears:

Image

Then the blue guy from the first screenshot appears.

First screenshot:

You see that blue flying guy in the corner Next to the moon?

Here's the code if anyone wants to check this out:
