@JRFD: Nice. It's unfortunate I haven't been using the LL Level Designer much, though. I feel I would've figured a couple of those things out myself if I was more dedicated.
And I apparently knew about that spike trick already. It would always slip off my mind.

I don't really like the character's death animation. It doesn't look much like you've suffered. In fact, the death animation seems to only be "Altonis" being rotated to his back.
Is there any possibility it could still be "improved," or is the animation final?

EDIT1: Also, in the HUD display during gameplay, maybe a counter for collected/existing Large Squares, like: "2/3" when three exist in the level, but you have only collected two so far. This may be very helpful if you are designing a level with a whole lot of them, or some are well-hidden and prone to go forgotten about, and you want to keep track of them accurately.
There is probably an advanced trigger for it, but it would be nice as a default. Triggers are so complicated. It is beyond difficult for me to at least "experiment" with them.

EDIT2: How about an onHurt trigger type? Like, when you get hurt by something, it will then activate the trigger(s). Maybe enemies could have two different sets of triggers (And spikes could finally have a function other than hurting the player!).
If this happens, we could make "poisonous enemies," have enemies inflict curses (P.S. I discovered a trigger trick that gives off effects similar to a "curse." *wink*), and make traps that are set off by enemies hurting you, or even make "bad endings" by having a cinema play back after the "final boss" hurts or kills you!

I posted but I thought they should add chest.(if they add keys then you could put keys and sqares)

and coins for a coin trigger.

Squares are coins. There's a in game counter made so a coin trigger is no longer neccessary.
I like the chest idea on the other hand.

Girl NPCs.

A hitbox, like the Invisible Hitbox, which only activates when attacked.

The ability to set whether enemies can be harmed by spikes, turrets, the player, or any combination.

A few simple poses for NPCs (walking, pointing, lying down).

A "spawn item" trigger command. You paste in the code of an item you want to spawn and put in x and y coordinates for where it should spawn, and when the command is activated it creates one of that item in the specified location.

The ability to change the player's maximum HP. Seriously, why hasn't this already been added?

Time Travel Devices (teleportation)

It think it would really be cool for enemies, objects, and your character to travel through stuff. This also will affect deltas. Graphics options may be also good to make a black hole effect

There should also be food for healing/infecting, such as Poison Medicine, Ultra Medicine, Junk, Fruit from the Tree, and Mushy Remains.

It can inflict or heal, like healing 1HP or damaging 4 HP. Or RPG Poison effect.

Sword stages such as "Your sword has increased attack! You will now do 2HP Damage!"

Now I'm thinking about RPGs. :P

All of what you just said can be made with triggers.
Runouw already plans a trigger to edit your health and stuff so the food stuff will be possible with triggers.
