In fact, I'd rather judges gave their overall impressions of the level, say what they liked or disliked, how it could be improved and so on and so forth. We can apply a number to the end of it, say integers or .5 values out of 10, for whatever the judge thinks it deserves.
Why so? I am confident that it is possible to create graphical art pieces in the game as much as in SM63. It is possible, and I won't give up until I do so, and I believe it is even easier: with blocks and changing the colors of many items and blocks, I would say it could be much more than just a "style for a gameplay" but maybe even the other way around.
About the last suggestion, I would like an specific categoration of scores. The point of the classes in SM63 was to offer some sort of organization and basis to the judgings. I do not say that an /10 would not work, but maybe thinking of different number classes would be better. At least that is what I think.
