Signs

Hey,

Sorry if I'm being dense, but I can't get a sign to say anything. In the triggar tab it says "This is a sign. You can edit what it says in the "OnRead" trigger tab of this item's property window." Does that mean I can type in that box to get it to say something, or do I need to create a text function?

I've experimented with typing messages in just about every text function I could with sleeps and without, but nothing seems to work. Can someone kind point me in the right direction? I'm kinda stumped!

On the trigger tab the white box that says this is a sign (or whatever it is), just type whatever you want into it really. It should come up assuming you don't delete the function or the sign itself. Also make sure the sign is touching the ground so the player can read it.

And on Null Space, although it tells you to click on it, that's a mistake as you actually need to press the X button.

Hmm, yeah I thought that was how they were sposed to work - however, I can't get mine to display anything.
