Hey, ovidiu. The LL level submitting process is kind of difficult and different from the SM63 one. I'm glad you asked:

You have to enter the LL level portal (right here) and click the New Topic button. Since the Easy Submitting function doesn't quite work, you have to copy and paste the level code into your post, using [code] tags.

Now, you just need to fill the the Title and Subtitle fields, and add anything else if you want to, and when you're ready, click the Submit button.
