Another month, more updates:


What is new?

- Our online store has been revamped in order to fit the EULA better. That said, we are adding in aesthetics, so you can enjoy your time more. An example? Well...have you ever wanted to fly on an enderdragon* or ride a Chicken across the map? Well, now you can!

- Discussion is set in possibly updating to 1.8 when the update to the game is finalized. I am uncertain on when, as I want everything to be flawless first.**

- Quests have been designed, so if you don't want to buy Fly or the power of Weather, and still want it, just give them a shot, I'm sure the dragons are generous.

- Speaking of dragons, Ender dragons can't respawn, right? Wrong! At the cost of 32 carrots, one eye of Ender, and a dragon egg, you can respawn the dragon in the overworld*** or the End, without worrying about a portal making it the chunk ugly or having to wait for us to reload the map.

- I am in the process of creating a whole new spawn world, as well as working on a quest of my own, which will consist of its own map, villages, mini-quests, etc. It will be well worth it when finished.

- Plugins added, plugins removed. Possible custom server jar when we get to that point.****

- And possibly more!


What's to come?

- I'll be honest, I don't favor the way the economy is run, as there is an infinite supply of everything, and multiple ways to bug it without telling us. I plan on bringing this up with staff on how to fix this. This should be an economy based off supply and demand, not one where you hoard all items and complain that the shop doesn't have any.

- I plan on having a creative shop for those of you who want to use creative-only items while in survival. What's the cost? Well, it is a dependent of the item based off of, and maybe a slight tax, but other than that, it will be worth it. I promise the tax is cheap.*****

- We're still a baby server and learning, and you may see that some users are selling "drugs" or have their own command blocks at their place. I hold no part in this, but I do intend to make this less...cheaty if you will.

Notes:
*: The enderdragon cannot fly up. If you look down, it will fly down, if you look up, it will only fly forward. Wearing it as a hat does nothing except creep people out with its flapping.

**: We will try to make the borders not be giant walls, though no promises. Also we have to wait on majority of necessary plugins to update as well.

***: Please for the love of Notch if you summon it in the overworld, kill it.

****: Java knowledge required, unless you guys can think of anything we could use.

*****: This was an idea we've had from the start but never did for reasons involving loopholes and such. This is for you, Ven, ilubb

Not only has the server IP stopped working, my FrafCraft forum account won't let me login either despite me using the EXACT same password as always. Fan-TASTIC.

Did you change your IP to the new one without numbers? That might be your issue.

Another month, another update.

The server now runs on the latest version of Spigot.
We have done away with quite a few plugins, and are in the process of rewriting Skripts for some.
We intend to implement Craftbook, for extra fun.
Plugins are in the process of an overhaul.
We have a new jail. It's very nice, you no longer have to wait for us to unjail you! : )
Market buildings are being rebuilt, and spawn has seen some renovation of its own.

Hello, have another update!

= Switched to Vanilla, hopefully permanently, or until Sponge is released
= The economy is now player-run, no plugins. You want something, you trade with players or get it on your own
= MoS has been playing with commandblocks lately, looking forward to see what we can come up with those

Just thought I'd mention here that I haven't been on recently because I haven't been playing MC at all. I'll come back to it soon, but I'm sometimes very reluctant to go on Fraf because whenever I can access it, nobody is online :<

Yeah, that's the downfall. I'm usually the only one on. Luckily I talked to two players yesterday who said they like that it's vanilla and will be staying.

Pass the word about the server around if you want, maybe. The more people that know, the less dead it will be. I want it to bridge all the communities we know and benefit each of them in some manner.

Oh, of course. I'm making every effort to get people to join, but I don't know that many people who play it in RL. I don't stop tryin tho :>
