Can we please set up an application and stop allowing people with half-assed bios in the server sooner or later?
Disclaimer: none of these messages have been edited, context can be provided if needed (thanks discord!) but absolutely does not change anything about these messages and that he's too overly defensive and cocky to make situations better

APPLICATION:
Must include serious character bio and the answers to the five questions listed below. Copy and pasting answers is fine (where applicable). Must be PM'd to a server op or myself (NOT posted in the topic) to be verified.
1) What items are currently banned on the server?
2) You and you friend, both on Red Team, know that the only member of Team Blue currently online is in the nether. Team Red raids Team Blue's base, and a lava trap kills your friend, destroying his items. You make it to their storage room, and steal 24 netherwart. Who is in the wrong, and why?
3) How many of the following items are you allowed to steal:

Everyone currently whitelisted will stay whitelisted for two days. Failure to submit an application form may result in temporary loss of access to the server. This means you too, ops.

Appearance: Ripped abs and biceps, faded trousers, charm of the fisherman
Bio: Dexus, a young hand aboard a vessel, once traveled far to and from the many lands of Craftia. His mother, the harlot of the dreaded troupe, is rumored to have given birth to Dexus on a deserted island, where he learned to survive alone from the young age of 7. By the age of 16, he had searched the seas far and wide, hoping one day to find the pirates who had deserted he. His father is rumored to be the sea god, or so he is told, though rumor has it he is the son to a member of the guildsmen scattered far...

Age: 21

Alright, some kind of mercy rule and spoils of war thing needs to be addressed, or one guild *coughearthcough* is going to remain dominant for all of existence.

And raids should now need a reason and if you raid someone you MUST RP it or it's just a mindless thievery. (if you're trying to be sneaky, leave signs of a raid like signs saying you were raided or if you feel like it leave hints of a raid)

Hell, if raids are supposed to be a part of the RP, we should inform each other OOC when we're doing it, probably. Maybe not on impulse, but, like a week in advance or something. No schedule, just a warning so the terms can be set and no one leaves unsatisfied.

Well, since I'm not the leader of water anymore, I had to come up with a new backstory.
Name: Friomus the IV
Age:30
Appearance: viking helmet, white beard, light blue tunic
Bio: He was once the leader of a group of pirates who were visiting the frozen land. He was a terrible leader, and was overthrown and kicked out of their group. They left him alone in the frozen plains to survive on his own. He eventually found civilization, (in other words, the water guild's territory) and they accepted him. He dislikes the Fire Guild and occasionally goes over to their territory to mess with them.
Guild: Water
Now here's my IRL friend's new bio:
Name: Asminia Froststryke
Age: 26
Appearance: a tunic and a hood on, as well as a scarf covering his face and beard
Bio: His parents both died in a convoy headed through the water guild's territory, and the rest of the people, considering the 3 year old as "dead weight" cast him off into the snow, where he adapted and learned to survive the frozen tundra.
